Refund policy

At The Real Palette, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Please note that due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective. Sale items are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
