Shipping policy

We currently ship across the UAE and internationally including India. UAE orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location and customs. Free shipping is available on UAE orders above AED 150. Shipping charges for other orders are calculated at checkout. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. The Real Palette is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
